In the blood
Gonna buck up on my library book, In the blood by J.A Kerley. Shall aim to finish it before i go to bed. Currently is left about half of the novel. I can finish it!
Korean drama, Coffee House ended this week and the ending was not of satisfaction to me. :( I would definitely prefer the author, Lee Jin-soo to be with his secretary, Kang Seung-yeon rather than him and his good friend, Seo Eun-yeong. Awwwww! Really wasted me chasing this till the very end of the show leh. I was so hoping there might be a chance that Lee Jin-soo realise Seung-yeon is actually better suit and more understanding to him but why on earth, the more Seung-yeon say, the more he get enlighten and realised how deeply he is in love with Eun-yeong. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! That is not right ok!
This gigantic itouch (actually is ipad lah) is making us so troublesome as well as so broke! Bf called numerous shops to check on the availability as well as went to few shops to look for it but to no avail. Disappointed but not giving up hope, bf search for sellers online. Damn, quite a few people are selling but price is jacked up. :( Lucky boy found 1 guy who is quite readily to sell us his brand new one at S$1.3k in the middle of raining night at 11pm! Haha I was surprised that such raining late night, people is still so willing to come out huh. Must be the $$ doing the effect! :D And bf went to buy the casing and applied the screen protector immediately the next day. Again $$ grew wings and flew away. But too bad our sim card is not ready. We again must find other time to make a trip to Starhub main shop to get it at S$32. :(

I bought quite a number of books last week and borrowed 5 books from the library. So far only 1 library book and 2 comics finished. Hmmm... oh including my famous Kane & Abel by Jeffrey Archer too. :) It is definitely a nice one. I cried a couple of times throughout the book too.
Glad to receive my order from bookdepository so fast! It took only 3-5 days for it to arrive! WOW. I couldn't find suitable love story in that small library, so I end up borrowing all thrillers. I am recently a avid fan for such thrillers. JA Kerley is quite a not bad author. The rest I'm not too sure. Passed by times at PS and saw Buy3for2 so we decided to buy some books. Let the Right one in seems to be a nice story that why we bought extra! Lastly, finally its comics! Long time never order and thank god, the price remained unchanged. :) It's definitely the cheapest we can get other than Kinokuniya's 20% member discount period.
Since I have gotten so many books, so I need to invest more time on reading and lesser time online. :P
Today, I chanced upon a ridiculous news on Yahoo. Its about a donkey spotted in the sky, tied to a parachute. Hell! How did that happen? Apparently is some shitheads from Russia using it as a advertising campaign to attract more tourists to their beach. Hello? How on earth you intend the donkey to control and land on a safe spot huh? Fking idiots sia. So everyone must be wondering, how is the ending for the donkey right? Did it crash to the land and got smash? Nope, I read it landed into the seas and was dragged to the shore half alive. Awwwwww... Probably those shitheads have to go through the same ordeal by tying their limps up and put them on a parachute and hope they land as well as the poor donkey. Really! What's the world coming to? How could these people actually think of such campaign and no one stop them from doing it?!?
mum taken these fellows to the pet shop cos we have far too many to give up for adoption! they are adorable in a sense! quite can't bear to let them go.. awwwwwwwwww~ updates: the pet shop auntie say they are very cute and so coincidence, all are female! huh? wow.. 11 of them and all are female, quite mission impossible isn't it?
and i was glad to have given a pair to a very nice lady a couple days ago. she still gave me a big box of ferrero rochers choco! omg~ that's really very kind of her. :D
Great enthusiasm i had for the Twilight novels till I managed to finish the 2nd book in altogether in less than 10 hours. I read the first 1/3 over the past 2 days, but actually spending only 3 hours max on it. And this morning i read through the remaining 2/3 for 6 hours! Great story. Gotten me hooked. Honestly, I have no idea why it seems unreadable to some people, was it that bad? Not people I known personally, just saw random people posting comments whereby they dislike the movies as well as the novels. Well well well... suppose not all people enjoy vampire story? That's quite sad cos I do quite enjoyed it. :) I am now gonna force myself to move on to the third book which is eclipse!! woohooo...
Today I dragged my big fat ass down to JP on my own, cos bf is busy at work. Damn, he is really very hardworking ok! So heart pain for him, hope he is doing well and not feeling oversickly.
Anyway, main purpose for the trip is to buy my Twilight series at Harris cos they are having 25% off. And also, to use my special 25% discount voucher which is only valid for 1 book. So stingy!!
But I have a tough time deciding which books to buy cos.. I have so many books wanna buy! :( And also the pricing is kinda steep... make me wonder for a long time, even run over to Popular to compare pricing for a while.
Bought the House Rules by Jodi Picoult and a chinese novel at Popular. Wasn't intending to buy any chinese one but seeing it at a big discounted price, I just cannot resist grabbing one! :x Went back to Harris and finally grabbed the 3 Twilight series, World without End by Kent Follett (that's something my bf wanna read, NOT me!!), The girl with the dragon tattoo and lastly, The ice cream girls by Dorothy Koomson. But I was too blur to have forgotten to show my Popular member card! Grrrl and there goes my... 10% discount. :( I really is too careless and forgotten to double check too until I got home. Hope my bf is not gonna roar at me for wasting his hard-earned bucks!!
After getting so many books, I still continue to drag myself upstairs and continue another round of shopping. Went to 77th street to look for skinny ties for my bf. And thank god, i found it but not too cheap. zzzz Hope he is satisfy with my buy anyway.
Lastly decided to drop by Chamelon nearby and I found some rings. :D Love the neko one most and that is the most expensive too. zzz

Quite often I began each day by waking up, went to toilet to wash up and make myself a cup of hot coffee and sit down on the sofa and reading. It somehow became as a habit, more or less and I'm loving it! :P
Getting inspiration from the korean drama, You Are Beautiful, I decided to do blog entry using a certain word as a theme just like in the show, Minam give herself a task which is to take photo of any star she can see everyday. For my task, I shall not expect too much, but of cos, try to find as much as possible too, but need not be something i see it physically, so searching the photo online would be ok too. :P But I need to find nice pic lah.

Finally I've just tried buying a book from the so-called great website, The Book Depository. Free worldwide shipping and also, often having great discount for their books. But the discount always disappear very fast. So when i spotted the book I am interested and its having 31% discount off, which means only at US$4.97 plus a further 10% discount when i fill up the "refer a friend page". So total I paid for is only US$4.47 for just 1 book. I estimated it to be SGD$6.70. Great bargain ok!
But the only bad thing is, its gonna be slow normal mailing, estimate to arrive in 3 weeks time! Damn. How I wish the shipping could be faster by a LOT! :P Luckily I still have plenty of books to read so I am not rushing to start on the book.
Omo... I think I am getting senile, I kept mentioning the book but I never ever mention WHAT is the book actually called. :X Its "Open and Shut" by David Rosenfelt. I read his "Don't tell a soul" and I find it fairly well written so I decided to read his other works.

Nope, 18 is not referring to the storey in Hell. Instead, it is referring to the number of newborn hamsters i had as of 11.30pm 2 July 2010. Freaking scary ok.
It is not easy to find sincere adopter for probably a very small amount of hamster, what more can i expect for these 18 babies? Sob. :(
Nevertheless, it is my duty to help my dad to fulfill his last few wishes and I shall continue counting the numbers every single day until i can find they are big enough as well as good animal lovers appear!
