Finally off day is coming!
Woohoo, finally survived thru' the last day of working for the week. hehe. tmr is sunday which is my off day. and what am i gonna do on my off day neh? well, 100% sure i'm gonna find my hubby lor. hehe. yeahyeah.. i've been waiting to see him for few days le neh. so miss! and now he is sick... boohoo. so poor thing! gonna sysy him tmr when i see him.
today is weekend, dragged myself to work cos i think its gonna be a long dreadful day at work. but turned out to be quite ok cos biz not too good! haha. so i had a QUITE relaxing day at work today.
how i wish everyday is so relaxing lor.. haha but i guess its juz impossible lor.

Belated Merry Xmas to All!
First of all, merry xmas to all! esp to my beloved hubby. and also happy 4 yr 3 mth anniversary dearie! :D loving you more and more each month!
and i'm just to tired to do blogging for the past 2 days, cos work is busy.
on xmas eve is very busy and xmas day itself is actually slightly less busy for me leh. haha. cos xmas eve, im doing the soup by myself. well, near ending 1 hr+, my colleague saw me can't cope so he helped me quite a fair bit. :) so glad!
and xmas day, cos got the soupie auntie came, so i don't need to be soup ger, instead i became washing ger. haha. quite fun ok! but also very rushing cos lotsa customers = lotsa plates, bowls, utensils are being used! so i had been washing and washing from 11am-4pm! my palms became so wrinkled lor. :( but nevertheless, i learnt new things too! :D
and today is 1 day after xmas, i thought biz probably gonna be average hor, and somemore got soupie auntie again, i probably can be washing ger again... but i'm wrong. i was told to do pizza dough from 8am-4pm! holy sh*t! today the pros all work latter shift, so left me and another ger to do the dough. wahhhh!! really is run and run and run all the way lor. totally no loo break or makan break sia. sob! damn tiring, hungry and whole body muscle ache sia! :(
but at least, time jiu lidat passed quite fast lor. glad!
tmr sat le... juz one more day and i can have my off day le sia.. :D really looking forward to sun, cos i gonna be seeing my hubby for the next 3 days counting from sun to tue. woohoo~ that is the most happy time of each week lor. :P hubby hope u too feeling excited wor! but u are sick, so i guess u won't be that excited after all! do rest well, and i'll be there for u! *chuuuu*

Pro in cutting lemon slices,
Hehe, everyday when i work, i bound to cut lemon slices.
from initially dunno how to cut until now.. can cut quite fast?
haha. last week when i think i am cutting quite well time, i cut my finger!! boohoo.
so now i make sure i just cut thick and fast will do! hahah
actually thick is nicer to decorate too wat. so i shouldn't attempt to cut thinner slices.
today working is also rushing. think is due to advance xmas celebration, school holiday etc etc.. so lotsa customers which is equivalent to lotsa ppl drinking my soup!!! sian. tmr xmas eve and the day after is xmas le, but i gonna spend them working hard! expected to be making soup like mad lor. wahhhhhh. can't even bring myself to imagine lor. haiz.......

Hubby bought me a iTouch!
Today is soooo tiring!
And early in the morning the water dispenser thingy is giving me headache liao! wasted at least 15min or more to fix it! argh~ in the end, i almost couldn't come out with my soup in time sia! *grrrl*
and today is the soupy day, macham every moment also got ppl order soup leh! and also have big order of 16 bowls of soup for 1 table leh! siao siao. make me so panick! not enough soup how? haha. luckily i still managed to run to boil another pot in between. :P
I dislike doing salad! Becos i need to arrange nicely and it is really not something i am good in wor. So glad today salad order is like around 5-8 plates only, so... phew~
today i wasn't required to run dough. weird~ must be becos i on mc too long, they don't want me to do le? haha. well, nvm then. i shall concentrate on boiling soup lah.
I'm glad i was able to knock off on the dot! keke. cos, i can meet my honey earlier! woohoo~ he bought me iTouch wor... keke.. so expensive neh! but.. nicenice! *Thumb up!* hehe. gonna jiayou store more songs inside le. 谢谢宝贝for giving me such nice gift! i will try my very best to take care of it wor. hehe LOVE U~~~

I am getting so nervous, as though tmr is first day of work at a totally new environment. :X
weird right? i also dunno why.... just feel like, i abit cannot handle the job neh. and most imptly, i am worried that i will fall sick again soon! or probably my fever will relapse or wat? *pray to god*
there is NO way i am gonna give myself another time to fall sick cos if i ever fall sick again, the chances of me going back to hell is gonna be HIGH!! holysh*t~ that is definitely a no-no for me. i can't go back there le!
How i wish i could hide at home for the remaining days.. but obviously, if i hide = confirm immediately go back. haiz.. really is stuck in the middle. :( why wasn't i being given a "better" job offer in the first place? juz my luck i guess.
i must hang on there. juz imagine another 3 mths + 13 days i will be a free bird. 3 MONTHS 13 DAYS lor... how issit possible to hang on there? sob~~~ really 欲哭无泪! :'(
ah ah ah... better stop haiz le, cos at least i still got my babe acc me thru' this miserable period. :D and glad that tmr he is coming to fetch me too! woohoo~ its really very swt of you my beloved hubby wor! appreciated your love soooo much! keke. 爱你哦！

Learning to make pizza dough!
My manager wants me to learn to make pizza dough.. i suppose that's the next big job i gonna have to master! oopz.. its really difficult wor.
cos i am very slow and you can't afford to be slow! if not the dough will all be spoilt! :(
i have to put the finished dough to proofing within 30min! can u imagine how short is 30min neh? its really juz blink blink your eyes and "ti ti ti ti" the timer goes off liao lor. haha
siao siao.. and its required alot of strength neh. i'm so weak. ask me carry 5kg of dough already half life gone, imagine i still need to do 10kg dough... wah~~ might as well ask the dough carry me? haha.. *gone berserk liao*
anyway, i've gonna try my best lor. cos i cannot choose what i want to do. i have to do what i am being told to do! urgh~ kinda sad case neh. but that my present responsibility wor.

I'm the Soup Maker!
I'm the soup maker of the xXx. hehe.
Everyday must prepare many pots of soup! especially lunch time.. the peak hours, i couldn't even have enough time to run to the back to prepare another pot of soup cos i am busy serving the soup! :(
but i can't guarantee the soup i made is delicious leh, haha cos i rarely taste the soup! :P i just follow roughly according to the proportion it required. still, it look quite ok lah. cream of mushroom and cream of chicken on every alternate days!
The first day of work, i see the ger do once, and later on i started doing myself le leh. its very tedious leh. cos its hot and... very rushing during the peak hours. i don't even have time to take a breath lor! :(
on the 2nd day of making the soup, i was so kanchiong cos i am too slow in making the soup. In a rush, my hand touched the burning hot metal plate of the stove. :s its really very hot cos my skin immediately dropped a piece out!! wow. damn painful ok. and on the 3rd day, i actually still can repeat the same stupid mistake again by burning another area of the same hand! but this time round its only a blister. not too bad.
i'm really such a clumsy pizzamei ne~
